PRUDENTIAL Advantage Realty Opens New Full Service Kiosk at Kahala Mall

Prudential Advantage Realty opens their new full service kiosk at Kahala Mall this Friday, March 23rd. Pastor Kelekona Bishaw, of Kamehameha Schools, will perform a blessing ceremony at the site, located in the mall between Longs Drug Store and Macy’s, at 11:00 am.

The large, 10’ x 10’ kiosk, custom designed for Prudential Advantage by Davie Young, Owner, DKKY Architecture Studio, Inc., features four large touchscreen monitors that will allow Mall patrons to 1) access the newest listing on the market, updated hourly; 2) Search open house reports, updated hourly; 3) get a current home value estimates on the spot; and 4) access a mortgage calculator. The Kiosk will be staffed by trained licensed Real Estate Professionals during mall hours.
Prudential Advantage Realty first opened its doors in Kaimuki in 2004. Under the brokerage of Myron Kiriu and his wife Amber, their rapid growth led to their move to the upper level of Kahala Mall in June of 2009. At the end of last year, Prudential Financial Inc. (PRU) sold its real estate brokerage and relocation business to a unit of Brookfield Asset Management (BAM/A) for proceeds of about $110 million. The acquisition made Brookfield Residential the second- largest global relocation operation and third- largest residential real estate brokerage in North America. Brookfield Asset Management is a Toronto- based investment firm that manages about $150 billion, with interests in both commercial and residen- tial property, power generation and infrastructure projects.
