Kahala Mall is a regional shopping center located in East Honolulu on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Kahala Mall has approximately 464,000 square feet of Gross Leasable Area and is located in Kahala, the most affluent neighborhood on the island, with easy ingress/egress from the H1 freeway.  Multi-level parking structures surrounding the Center offer 2,100 parking spaces. Public bus stops are immediately adjacent to the Center and a shuttle/trolley stop is provided to receive island visitors from Waikiki and the neighboring Kahala Hotel & Resort.

Kahala Mall became the only enclosed, air-conditioned shopping center in East Honolulu in 1970. The Center’s cool and comfortable atmosphere is designed to create a casual, family friendly shopping experience.   Kahala Mall has over 100 retail stores, restaurants and entertainment venues including Macy’s, The Apple Store, Kahala Theatres and Whole Foods Market.  The Center’s merchant mix includes popular local and national retailers and one-of-a-kind specialty merchants.  Kahala Mall is a popular weekly destination for a variety of community events with exciting promotions and entertainment.  The Kahala Mall trade radius encompasses approximately 15 miles which includes the areas of Hawaii Kai, Portlock, Niu Valley, Aina Haina, Kahala, Diamond Head, Kapahulu, Kaimuki, Manoa, Makiki and Nu’uanu.

Kahala Office Building and Kahala Office Tower stand adjacent to Kahala Mall, housing 40 tenants comprised of primarily dentists, doctors and real estate services.
